Every generation carries a different question into the same room.

The older ones ask what they’re still living for. The younger ones ask whether what they’re chasing will actually satisfy. Parents wonder if they prepared their children well. Young adults wonder if independence will feel as good as they imagined.

Different questions. But underneath all of them, the same ache: What is enough?

This Sunday, Pastor Elisha walks through three voices from Scripture, Jeremiah standing in ruins, Moses watching a generation miss their destiny, Paul writing to a distracted city, and finds that all three are saying the same thing. The things we build our lives around, good as they are, were never meant to carry the full weight of a human soul.
