Like most people, all of us at New Covenant Community Church in Sentul want to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. Needless to say, we need to develop some positive habits to help us achieve our goals and aspirations. In this article, we will share with you 3 positive habits that can transform your life for the better.
1.Meditate daily
Meditation (contemplation, reflection or prayer) is the practice of focusing your attention on a single object, thought, or sensation, such as your breath, scripture, or a sound. This can help calm your mind and improve your focus and concentration. Simply find a quiet and comfortable place and spend 5 minutes meditating.
2.Exercise regularly
Exercise is not only good for your physical health but also for your mental and emotional health. Exercise can release endorphins, which are natural chemicals that make you feel happy and relaxed. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise regularly.
3. Spend time with positive people
Spending time with positive people can uplift you, inspire, support, and motivate you. Positive people can help you see the bright side of things, focus on your strengths and potentials, and celebrate your successes. Identify those in your life who add value and intentionally spend more time with them. Go beyond small talk and engage in deeper conversations.
